Objective:

The primary objective of this project was to examine the profound impact of classical music on the human mind and consciousness. It sought to highlight how classical music can make individuals hyper-aware of their surroundings, thoughts, and emotions. The project aimed to convey this exploration through both interactive digital media and visual storytelling.

Project Iterations:

  1. Website (First Draft):

    • An interactive website that allowed users to navigate through a day in the life of the project creator.

    • The website incorporated coding and navigation elements to create an engaging user experience.

    • Sections of the website focused on different moments in the day, paired with corresponding classical music tracks.

  2. Video (Second Iteration):

    • A video format that provided a visual and auditory journey through a day in the life.

    • The video experimentally explored the visuals, soundscapes, and the creator's thought processes.

    • Visual elements and editing techniques were used to create a visually captivating narrative.

Outcome:

The "Focus" project served as a creative exploration of the profound impact of classical music on the mind and self-awareness. It evolved through two distinct iterations, with the first draft being an interactive website that emphasized coding and navigation, and the second iteration being a video that focused on visual storytelling and auditory experiences.

Key Project Elements:

  • Exploration of the relationship between classical music, thought processes, and self-awareness.

  • Interactive website (first draft) and video (second iteration) formats.

  • Use of coding, navigation, and visual storytelling techniques.

While this project may not have a specific partnership or commercial goal, it successfully delved into the immersive world of classical music and its effects on the human mind, offering viewers an opportunity to contemplate the interplay between sound, consciousness, and daily life.
